George William Brockelbank

George William Brockelbank was born on May 30, 1922 to Chester and Florance Brockelbank in Ipswich, MA.

His family and friends knew him by his nick name "Buck" or "Bucky".

George served in the Navy and Coast Guard from 1942-1951. He lived
In Massachusetts and New Hampshire with his wife Nancy Jean Brockelbank
for 69 years. They had six children, Sandra Lee Grant, Jon Brockelbank, Nancy Jean Lauderback, George William Brockelbank Jr., Louis Price Brockelbank, and Douglas Brockelbank, 23 Grandchildren and 26 Great Grandchildren.

George owned grocery stores, had a home remodeling business and painting business.

He grew up by the ocean and loved fishing, clamming, water skiing and gardening. He also enjoyed snow skiing, golfing and playing shuffleboard. He had a great sense of humor and fun loving nature.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Covenent Presybyterian Church on Celanese Ave in Rock Hill, SC.
