George Arthur Greenfield

George A. Greenfield, 67, formerly of Sonora, CA, died peacefully in his sleep in Tega Cay, SC, on August 15, 2024. George is survived by his wife, Christine Greenfield, his son, Robert Greenfield, daughter-in-law, Lauren Greenfield, his granddaughters, Sydney and Ashlynn, his son, Shaun Greenfield, his sisters, Jane Hoffman and Stacy Owens, and his cousins, Susan Dillon and Janet Rohman.

Prior to his stroke in 2016, George was the owner of George's Automotive in Sonora, and founder and bandleader of Chains Required, a favorite band in Tuolumne County.  George was a larger than life personality, who enjoyed life to the fullest, and will be greatly missed by many.
