George Lewis Phillip

George Lewis Phillip age 47, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at home. He was born July 14, 1975 to Joseph Phillip and Ann Marie Rinker. George was a graduate of Piscataway Vocational & Technical High School. George later graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute. In his spare time he enjoyed life with frequent trips to New Jersey to visit family and friends, while back in South Carolina he continued to enjoy his life with family and friends. George had a passion for automotive repairs and restoration, which led him to begin the process of starting a small mobile repair business. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, vacationing, and loved watching his New York Giants during football season.

George is predeceased by his brother Charles Rinker, his parents Ann Marie Rinker & Joseph Phillip and both maternal and paternal grandparents. George is survived by his children George Capo of Perth Amboy NJ, Madison and Noah Phillip of Fort Mill, SC. His soul mate Janelle Smith of Fort Mill, SC. Siblings: Joseph Rinker of Savannah, GA, Michael & (Cynthia) Rinker of Charlotte, NC, Tammy Vega of Edison, NJ, Roger & (Tracy) Phillip of Fort Mill, SC, TinaMarie Phillip of Woodbridge, NJ, Ricky Phillip of Bridgewater, NJ, Brian Phillip of Gastonia, NC, Melinda & (Brandon) Rinker-Slatter of South Amboy, NJ. George leaves behind a large crew of nieces and nephews and other family members.
