Hattie R. Finch

Hattie R. Finch went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 29, 2021 while in hospice care.

Hattie was born on March 1, 1930 to Valdora Rawlinson and Roxie R. Rawlinson in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

She was preceded in death by Willard Finch (husband) as well as Benjamin F. Finch (Gloria), Wilbert Tyronne Finch (Romona), Johnnie Finch (Margaret), Randy J. Finch, and Larry L. Finch (Dianne).

She is survived by Joyce Y. Finch (Donald), James Rawlinson (brother), and a host of nieces, nephews, grands, great grands, and great great grands.

Hattie attended Pineville AME Zion Church where she was associated with the usher board and other missionary activities in the church.

She retired from Oak Pond Manor as a CNA and Patient Care Advocate. She was truly loved by both staff and patients.

Mrs. Hattie Finch was a momentous figure in her community who cared deeply and gave generously. Her quick wit, loving spirit and willingness to open up her home to those in need were only a few of the things that made her so endearing.
