Hazel Ruth Adcock, 81, passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home in Fort Mill, SC.

She is survived by her son, David Adcock of Fort Mill, her brothers; Harold Cochran of Louisville, KY, Ricky Cochran of Louisville, KY, John Cochran of Louisville, KY, Carl Cochran of Evansville, IN, Wesley Cochran of Louisville, KY, and Danny Cochran of Louisville, KY.

A visitation will be held 11:00 am on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Palmetto Funeral Home Chapel. The graveside will follow at Good Shepherd Methodist Church, 13611 Zoar Rd, Charlotte, NC.
