Henry Lewis Evans

Henry Lewis Evans, 71, died Friday, December 16, 2016 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC. Born December 3, 1945, in Salisbury, NC, Mr. Evans was the son of the late William Preston and Ethel Pence Evans.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years Adele Evans, his son Scott and wife Kristi Evans, his daughter Dana Eure, his son Philip and wife Kricket Evans. Mr. Evans is also survived by his three step-children: Ryan and his wife Kelly Stegall, Bridgett Vettorel, Jay and his wife Amanda Stegall. He leaves behind two brothers John Evans and fiancée Patsy Royal; Harry Evans and his wife Patsy; and 14 grand-children.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Grace Lutheran Church, 426 Oakland Avenue, Rock Hill, SC with Pastor Christine Stoxen and Pastor Rebecca Lord-Phillips will be presiding over the service. A visitation will be immediately after the service in the fellowship hall. Burial will be private.
