Irene M Banicki

Irene M. Banicki, 88, formerly of South Bend, IN passed away Monday, May 30, 2016 at The Pavillion at Brightmore in Charlotte, NC.

She was born on March 28, 1928 in South Bend, IN. She was a retired beautician and a member of St. Anthony DePadua Catholic Church of South Bend, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; William and Helena Jablonski Uniewski, her husband; Richard Banicki to whom she was married to August 2, 1947, a brother; Stephan A. Ruthowski and a sister; Jean Wukovits.

Survivors are nieces; Patricia Peters Bowles and Janet Smith both of Indian Land, SC, and Debra Jean Hemingway of Seattle, WA, and a nephew; Bruce Wukovits of South Bend, IN.

At her request services will be held privately at St Joseph Valley Memorial Park in Granger, IN.
