Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie Henskee

Jacqueline “Jackie” Marie Henskee, age 31, passed away on Wednesday February 21, 2024 at her home in Fort Mill, SC. She was born on June 28,1992 in Rome , NY. She was the daughter of Scott Henskee of Fort Mill, SC and Christine Goss Rentschler of Sanford, NC. Jackie graduated high school in 2011 from Olympic High in Charlotte, NC. Jackie was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, cousin, and niece. Jackie was employed at Publix. She will always be remembered for the big heart and warm caring personality she had.

Jackie enjoyed spending quality time with family playing board games, she loved writing poetry, and she had an enormous love for animals. Jackie’s happiest moments were the days her two beautiful children were born. She loved them beyond measure. She was a very loving and caring mom.

Jackie is survived by her son Peyton Gomez and her daughter Ana Gomez. Her father Scott Henskee, mother Christine Goss Rentschler. Her sisters, Justice McCue (Dan) and Teresa Pettit (Timmy). Her grandmothers, Mary M. Grant and Elizabeth Bohn; her grandfather, James Matthews; and her cousin, whom she considered her sister, McKenzie Mattice. An uncle, Justin Henskee (Stephanie), an aunt, Shelby Mattice (Norm), Felisha Harden, whom she considered her 2nd mom, and her godmother, Michelle Worley (Mike).

Jackie was preceded in death by her brother, Noah Henskee, her grandfather, James Bohn, and an uncle, Jason Henskee.

As we say our goodbyes. Let us remember Jackie as the beautiful soul she was. Her beauty will be seen in the spring flowers, sunrises and sunsets, and the breeze as it blows on our face. May she rest in peace, and may her family find comfort in the cherished memories they share with her.
