James Arnold Eddington, Sr.

James Arnold Eddington, Sr., passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 at Piedmont Medical Center. A native of Cocke County, TN, he was the son of Blanche Mae Parker Eddington of White Pines, TN and the late Dotsy Eddington. He was a retired upholster and a US Army veteran. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his wife Willa Mae Eddington and two sons James Arnold Eddington, Jr. and Daniel Eddington. Surviving in addition to his mother are four children Ann Eddington of Rock Hill, Barbara Eddington of Baltimore MD., Richard Eddington of Ft. Mill and Donna Enochs of Mechanicsville, MD; three brothers L.C. and Harrison Eddington both of Rock Hill, Frank Eddington of White Pines, TN; a sister Sally Lloyd of TN; and seven grandchildren. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mr. Eddington will be held Friday at 11:00am at Rock Hill Memorial Gardens . The family will receive friends from 10:00am until the hour of service at Bass-Cauthen Funeral and Thursday Evening From 6pm to 8pm At The Home Of Crystal & Derek Stauffer 286 Southside Rd Rock Hill, SC 29730 Home.
