James L. Nelms, Jr., 74 of Fort Mill, SC passed away Thursday, December 5 at home after a lengthy illness. Services will be held in Newport News, VA on December 14th at Penninsula Funeral Home. The family of Mr. Nelms is being served locally by Palmetto Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Mill, SC.
