James R Sarver

James R. Sarver, 81, passed away on October 22, 2014 at CMC Pineville. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he resided in Fort Mill for the last 29 years. He and his wife had a heart for missions; stateside and internationally. They were very active in the church, and helped people anyway they could. He was survived by his wife Joy Sarver of Fort Mill, his three sons Keith Sarver of Fort Mill, Kraig Sarver (Yolanda Sarver) of Virginia Beach, VA; Eric Sarver (Michele Sarver) of Rock Hill. He is also survived by four daughters: Lauren Hisey (John Hisey) of Cleveland, TN; Sharon Neveu of Irwin, PA; Beth Gwin (Chris Gwin) of Fort Mill, and Charisanne Ippolito (Peter Ippolito) of Rock Hill. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren: Megan Gwin, Nicoletta Neveu, Tiffani Sarver, Nathaniel Hisey, Olivia Neveu, Erin Sarver, Isabella Ippolito, Richard Slack, Gabriel Ippolito, Madison Sarver, and Caleb Sarver. In lieu of flowers, memorials to be made to Fort Mill Church of God in care of Freedom Ministries at 221 Academy Street, Fort Mill, South Carolina. Visitation will be held Friday, October 24, 2014 at Palmetto Funeral Home, 2049 Carolina Place Dr, Fort Mill, SC from 6-8 pm.
