James Robert West

Mr. James Robert West 68, of 1287 Springwood Lane passed away November 21, 2008 at Piedmont Medical Center. Born in Guilford County NC to the late Z.O. and Virginia Harrell West, Mr. West was a retired mechanic for Duke Power and Hot Rod enthusiast. He is survived by his wife Mary Lee Plummer West of the home, daughters Sandra L. West of Jonesville, SC, Brigitte M. West of Rock Hill and son James R. West Jr. of Asheboro, NC. 2 grandchildren and one grandchild and sisters Kaye Tolbert and Joann Miller. A Celebration of Life Service will be Monday November 24, 2008 at 4:00PM in The Chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home, visitation will be from 2-4PM prior to the service. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers donations to the following charities would be appreciated: Hospice Care of South Carolina 1230 Ebenezer Rd. Rock Hill, SC 29732.
