Janice Rae Wool

Janice Rae Wool, 70, of Chester, SC passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at her home. Born in Stollings, W. Va., Mrs. Wool was the daughter of the late John and Etta Lilly. She was a loving mother and sister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Wool; 2 brothers, Jimmy Johnson and Jerry Lilly; and a sister, Juanita Roeher. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Laws of Chester, SC, Deborah Richards (Terry) of Cedar Grove, W.Va., and Kelly Kidd of St. Albans, W.Va.; 2 brothers, David and Chuck Lilly; 4 sisters, Sharon Burton, Judy Augustine, Frances Isaacs, and Katherine Sprouse; 8 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Wool will be held 1:00pm Friday, September 6, 2013 in the chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home with the Rev. Keith Hinson officiating. Interment will follow at Rock Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home.
