ROCK HILL - Jeanette Marie Hughes Bell, 61, of 728 Bellview Rd., died May 18, 2013, at her home.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, at the First Assembly of God, with Pastor Bernie Lewis officiating. The family will receive friends at the church an hour before the service.

Born in Charleston W.V., she is the daughter of the late William and Margaret Townsend Hughes. She was a loving wife of 41 years and a loving mother and maw maw. Jeanette was a member of First Assembly of God and enjoyed reading her Bible. She loved the Lord and her children and grandchildren so very much! She loved Elvis Presley and was an avid fan. Her favorite flower was the tulip. She wasn't just my mom, Tracy says, she was my rock and my best friend.....my everything. Jeanette will be missed by all.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Wayne Bell; two sons, David Bell (Kay), Eric Bell (Georgette); one daughter, Tracy Dixon (Charlie); two brothers, Randy Hughes (Colleen) and Freddy Hughes; two sisters, Vickie Layton (Terry) and Penny Crum (Larry); eight grandchildren,, Josh Dixon, Cole Dixon, Michaela Bell, Hannah Bell, Madison Dixon, Clay Dixon, Cade Dixon, and Cian Dixon.

Memorials may be sent to the First Assembly of God, 1089 Edwards St., Rock Hill, S.C., 29732.
