Jeanne A. Weaver

Everyone knew her as Mimi, Jeanne A. Weaver (Bisgrove) , 85, of Tega Cay, SC passed away on October 30, 2015. Jeanne was born in Schenectady, New York, to Anne and Fred Bisgrove and graduated from Nott Terrace HS.

She attended SUNY at Cobleskill University until she married, Edgar S. Weaver in 1950 and became a housewife and mother to 3 daughters. She was active in the Girls Scouts of America, the American Red Cross , the Northern New York Paddlers Association, and Habitat for Humanity and many other volunteer organizations.

She relocated to Tega Cay, SC in 1980 with her husband and served on the Emergency Medical Squad in Tega Cay, SC for many years while enjoying retirement, golf, friendship and church activities. She was also active in the Grace Presbyterian Church meals on wheels program and the prayer shawl knitting group and derived much joy from serving the community and interacting with her friends.

She is survived by her 3 daughters, Christine (Bill) of ME, JoAnn of NC, and Nancy (AL) of NC; 7 grandchildren: Ryan, Thea, Tyler, Rhya, Zorah, Sheldon, Matthew and 4 great grandchildren: Parker, Cooper, Owen and Lorelei. She is predeceased by her siblings, Daniel Bisgrove and Geraldine Millecan (Bisgrove).

A memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 1 p.m. at the Grace Presbyterian Church, Fort Mill, SC.
