Jeryl W Gates

Jeryl W. Gates, 75, of Woodbury, PA, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

He was born February 23, 1947, in Roaring Spring, PA. Son of the late Willard and Mildred (Sollenberger) Gates, he married Rosalyn Hoover of Martinsburg, PA, June 7, 1969.

Jeryl is survived by his wife of 53 years; a son, Christopher and his wife, Dawn; a son, Matthew and his wife, Laura; and grandchildren: Alexis, Cayden, Jared, Megan, along with his sister: Diane Hiestand.

Jeryl loved nature—enjoying the outside, hunting, and fishing.  We will never forget his smile.

A private graveside service will be held for family at a later time.
