Jesse Oral Hetherington, Jr.

Rock Hill – Mr. Jesse Oral Hetherington, Jr, 36, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 5:30 pm on Friday, January 3, 2020 at Whitesell Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 5:30 in the chapel with Rev. Larry Soles officiating.

A native of Toledo, Ohio Jesse was a son of Jesse Oral Hetherington, Sr. and the late Lisa Marie Hetherington. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting and other outdoor activities. He will be remembered as a hard worker. He was an Ohio State fan. He loved helping people with anything that they needed. He always had a smile on his face no matter what was going on around him. He loved his son and doing activities with him. He also loved listening to music.

Surviving in addition to his father and his girlfriend, Vickie Taylor ; two sons, Jeremiah Hetherington (and his mother, Holly McNich) and Wyatt Carter; fiancé, Amber Eddington; a brother, Jim Hetherington; and his grandmother, Joann Hetherington, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John Hetherington; and his maternal grandparents, Mack and Caroline Speaker.

Jesse will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
