Joan Sue Bourcier

Joan Sue Bourcier 79, of Fort Mill, SC and formerly of Linwood, MI, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, October 29, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born December 2, 1940, daughter of the late James and Marion Maloney.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Camie Louise, grandsons Craig Robert Bourcier and Matthew Allen Green.

She loved her family very much. She always made the best home cooked meals ever.  Nothing was from a box everything was from scratch. She loved the game of golf and was on a woman’s league for many years.  She was happiest when she was surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

She will forever be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be greatly missed by her family.

She leaves a lasting legacy to be cherished by her survivors, her husband of 63 years, Gary Bourcier of Fort Mill, SC; daughters, Kimberly (Tom) Branch of Belleville, MI, Kristie Pudvan of Temperance, MI; sons, Gary Bourcier of Pinconning, MI, Randall Bourcier of Bay City, MI, Craig (Amy) Bourcier of Charlotte, NC and Mark Bourcier of Toledo, OH; 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and sister, Cheryl (Robert) Fletcher of Pinconning, MI.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 10:00-11:00AM at Palmetto Funeral Home Fort Mill.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM in the Chapel of Palmetto Funeral Home.
