Joan Maxine Harrison Montville Jackson

Catawba, SC Joan Maxine Harrison Montville Jackson age 79, went to be with her lord and saviour September 4th 2013. Born in Rock Hill a daughter of the late James Maxwell Harrison and Frances O'Lena Archie Harrison. Mrs. Jackson was retired from York County Sheriffs office and a member of Roddey Baptist Church where she loved her church and her family and Pastor Ronnie and Vickie Helms. Survivors include her son James Barnette and wife Teresa of Charlotte, NC; two daughters Linda Faile Evans of Washington, NC; and Troyanne Montville Bennefield and husband Jim of Edgemoor, SC; one sister Brenda Harrison of Westerville, Ohio; and six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Mrs Jackson was preceded in death by her husband Ray Jackson and son David Alan Barnette. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Mrs. Jackson life will be held 12 noon Saturday, September 7th 2013 at Roddey Baptist Church in Catawba, SC with Rev. Ronnie Helms officiating.
