John William Burnett

John William Burnett born 4/30/1958 in Great Bend, Kansas died in the arms of his family on Wednesday, June 15th at Carolinas Medical Center. He is survived by his wife Cheryl Robbins Burnett, mother Bettie Burnett Cheney and Charles Cheney (stepfather), sister and brother in law Laura and Wayne Moore, brother and sister in law Michael and Crystal Burnett, daughter and son in law Kathryn Burnett Knox and Andrews Knox, son William Alexander Burnett, grandchildren Gracie and Riley Knox and many beloved nieces and nephews. John was also the son in law of Eugene and Lynda Robbins. John spent the first half of his life working in advertising in many mediums; The Lancaster News, CN2 and Adams Outdoor before doing the job he was meant to do.....as Art Teacher at Great Falls Middle and High School in Great Falls SC. Family visitation will be held at 4pm on Friday, June 17, 2016 at the home of Eugene and Lynda Robbins 4691 Edgeland Road, Edgemoor, SC with the funeral services at Edgemoor ARP Church at 4pm on Saturday, June 18, 2016.
