John Timothy O'Shea

Lake Wylie, SC John Timothy O'Shea 83 of London, England, passed away peacefully in the early hours of Thursday December 4, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville. John and Joyce O'Shea had lived all over Great Britain but spent the second half of their lives together in the Charlotte area. John was a passionate man who made a career in Chemical Engineering and Sales and eventually started and later sold his own company. In his spare time he was an avid sportsman, playing Soccer, Cricket, and Tennis and was a keen cyclist. He was always competitive in his endeavors and still played Bridge weekly and Golf whenever he could. John was a loving and supportive father to Jacqui and Paul and a grandfather to Charles and Iain. He was a devoted husband and just celebrated his 60th Wedding Anniversary with Joyce. A remembrance will be held at Palmetto Funeral Home at 2049 Carolina Place Dr, Fort Mill, SC 29708 on Thursday, December 11th at 1:00 PM.
