Johnny Paul Parker

Rock Hill - Mr. Johnny Paul Parker, 50, died Thursday, November 15, 2018, at his home.

The family will receive friends 1:00 p.m. Sunday, at Whitesell Funeral Home and a funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Jeff McWatters officiating.

A native of Dillon, SC Mr. Parker was a son of Joyce Hamilton. He worked at Bi-Lo on Filbert Highway, York SC. He will be remembered as a man who was willing to help anyone with whatever they needed. He was a loving husband and grandfather. He enjoyed collecting knives and swords. He was an avid sports fans enjoying NASCAR, and football.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife Christine Parker; a daughter, Kristen Hunt; two grandsons, Dalton Tunstall and Caleb Perez; a granddaughter, Darla Tunstall; his dog, Poppy; three sister-in-laws, Ann Tyndall, Linda Pedlow, and Pam Horton; a brother-in-law, Paul Pedlow .
