Jose was preceded in death by his sister, Hilda Garcia.

His loving children of four, Tatiana De Los Santos, Elvis De Los Santos and Jeremy De Los Santos will always be grateful for the life lessons he has given them. His love in oldies music and movies will be continued through his children and through memories.

He was loved by his beautiful wife, Ana M Navarro. They were actively involved in ministry. They enjoyed each and everyday going to church and attended schooling to be teachers.

Pepe was a fun-loving man. His bright smile lit up every room which took little effort. He was a social butterfly as he connected with so many people telling them about the Lord. He always made sure to lead by example to his children to be servant to the Lord and making sure to always put others first before themselves.

Pepe enjoyed talking about his favorite sport teams, Miami Dolphins and New York Mets. He collected so many baseball cards, ticket stubs and sports memorabilia which he would spend hours telling the memories behind each delicate item. He always made sure he was first and the last one on the field ensuring to let his children know the importance of being connected not only with the sport but with others.

Jose was an active member of South Side Baptist Church and Harvest Deaf Ministry. He was part of the drama club to which he was to play the part Moses in the Fall. With every given chance, he traveled across the country with his brother and sisters from the church to spread the gospel.

Most important to him was his family, he always made sure to let others know by showing them pictures by phone or social media if not daily, hourly. He will always be remembered as an energetic, devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend and Brother.

A celebration of life service will be held by the family.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude and condolences to friends, family members, church family, baseball family and friends for their compassionate and supportive care.
