Juanita May Marshall

Juanita May Marshall, age 79, of Charlotte, NC passed away on Thursday, February 18th, 2016 in Carolinas Medical Center- Pineville in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Marshall was born in Akron, OH in April of 1936, the daughter of the late Franklin Howard and Ethel May Marshall. She was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Carlisle. She worked for General Tire/ Continental Tire for 45 years. She was an avid bowler and golfer and a member of the Women's Bowling Association in Akron, OH. Juanita loved to knit and work crossword puzzles. Mrs. Marshall was a loving sister, aunt, and friend.

Survivors include her brother Richard Marshall and wife Judy of Florida, and two sisters Mary L. Rummell and her husband Paul of Ohio; Barbara A. Gills and her husband Omer (Gene) of Mississippi. She was cared for by Special Angels Sonya Ray and Bob and Karen Miner, and a special friend Carl Ray.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 4PM with a receiving of friends following the service at Palmetto Funeral Home.
