Juanita Dover Potts

Mrs. Juanita Dover Potts 92 of Indian Land, SC passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016 at home.
Born in Lake City, SC, Mrs. Potts was a daughter of the late Simmion and Viola Barfield Johnson and the wife of Willie Andrew Potts. She was a retired Spinner with Springs Industries and a faithful member of Fort Mill Church of God. She sold baked goods to help support the Church and was known for her potato salad. Mrs. Potts was preceded in death by her husband Willie Andrew Potts and husband Ernest Carl Dover.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00pm Thursday, March 10th, 2016 at Fort Mill Church of God with Pastor Mark Leonhardt , Pastor Stefan Dover and Mr. Homer Buffington officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-3:00pm before the service at the church. Burial will follow in the Unity Cemetery, Fort Mill, SC.

Mrs. Potts is survived by two sons; Harold G. Dover and wife Ruth and Ernest Dover and wife Angie of Fort Mill, SC, her daughter; Diane Dover Toney and husband William of Fort Mill, SC, her sister; Mett Johnson Stone of Fort Mill, SC, her niece; Laura Bowling of Rock Hill, SC, her caregiver; Pat Foote, two step-children; Terry Potts and Edith Jones , nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

The family requested memorials be made to Fort Mill Church of God, 221 Academy St., Fort Mill, SC 29715.
