Julia Emily "Judy" Faulkenberry

Julia Emily "Judy" Faulkenberry, 82, a lifelong resident of Rock Hill, died Saturday, January 31, 2015. She was a member of Sylvia Circle Baptist Church and was a member in the Shiners Ladies Auxillary. She was the daughter of the late Leonard M. and Margaret H. Costner. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Judith A. Vick and a sister, Rachel C. Williams. She is survived by: Her husband of 52 years: Elwyn Roger Faulkenberry, Jr.; 2 children: Arthur D. Vick, Jr. (Leanne Wilson, Michael Wilson, Jason Dill) & wife Margaret, Bobbie V. Sims (Stephanie Mitchell, Terri Davis, Jonathan Gaulden); 2 sisters: Margaret Jo Wilson, Cindy Timmons; a brother: Bobby E. Costner; 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren also survive. A Graveside Funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 2:00pm in the Laurelwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00pm Monday evening at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Sylvia Circle Baptist Church.
