The fabled Justin Robert Freeman, 39, of Rock Hill peacefully passed away on Monday August 6, 2018. He was surrounded by love and laughter, the two things he was best known for. Justin is the son of Doris Styles and John Freeman, both of Rock Hill. At birth, they immediately identified him as nothing but trouble, but they decided to keep him anyway because Isabel insisted he was "too stinkin' cute". In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his much less hilarious, but far better looking big brother Brad Cassell (Angie) of Rock Hill and his twin sister Jackie Poole (Michael) of Rock Hill, whom he credited with keeping him alive for most of his 39 years with her overprotective nature. Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents as well as his older sister Shawnda Kehler, whom he has only now in death had the pleasure of meeting. Justin leaves behind a bouquet of nieces and nephews he loved to aggravate, aunts and uncles that found him strange but loveable, his Golden Girls that could cook no wrong, his adored Emmy Lou Hairy Cat as well as countless friends and people who will think of him fondly. He will be remembered for his remarkable wit, the ease with which he could tell a joke, and for having an incredibly lush, sexy beard. His family would like to thank the nursing and other support staff of Piedmont Medical Center. Since they all quickly fell victim to his charms, they of course provided outstanding care to our family. Justin's memorial service will be Friday, August 10th at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home at 700 S Heckle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. In order to keep the light of the world from being dimmed by this loss, we would ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to www.prunebelly.org. There are multiple ways you can donate.
