Karolyn Elaine Mcnie

Karolyn (Karry) McNie of Rock Hill, SC (formerly Royal Oak, Mi) passed away April 20, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 14, 1933 in Detroit, Michigan to Una (Miller) and William Winters. Karry was a graduate of Mackenzie High School, Detroit. She is preceded in death by her husband John (Jack) McNie and son Scott. Karry is survived by daughters Debby Carlson; Bonnie (Rick) Reid; Sharon McNie; and sons Mark and John (Shar). Karry is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren - all of whom brought her great pleasure and happiness. For many years Karry managed the concession stands at Memorial Park and the John Lindell Arena in Royal Oak and retired from J.C. Penney after 15 years of service. The family will gather in Royal Oak this summer for a private service. Burial will be in Oakview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends may make donations to a charity of their choice.
