Kathy Gail Reece Mcculley

Kathy Gail Reece McCulley , 68, of Fort Mill, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 6, 2018 at home. She was born July 19, 1949 in Greenwood, SC, daughter of the late George Washington Reece, Jr. and Katherine Wood Patterson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two heavenly great-grandchildren.

Kathy was a faithful member of the Indian Land Eastern Star and a member of South Charlotte Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 47 years, Ken McCulley; daughters, Gail M. Cope and husband, Tim of Fort Mill and Shawn M. Whoy and husband, Robert of Fort Mill; 4 grandchildren, Lauren Craven and husband, Josh, Allyson Whoy, Justin Cope and Katelyn Whoy; brothers, Ronnie Wood of McConnells, Ricky Wood and wife, Beverly of NC, Randy Reece, Rex Reece and wife, Allison and George Reece and wife, Claudette, all of Greenwood; sisters, Brenda McIntosh of Greenwood, Tammie Reece Burnett and Sherrie Reece Rogaczewski and husband, Wayne, all of FL and Beverly Reece Brooks and husband, Mike of Greenwood; aunt, Betty Cobb and husband, Larry of Greenwood; and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Trinity Baptist Church in Lancaster with Pastor Ricky Cope officiating. Burial will follow at Flint Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kathy’s memory to Trinity Baptist Church, PO Box 59, Van Wyck, SC 29744.
