Kay Broman

Kay Parks Broman age 83 formerly of Spartanburg, SC passed away Thursday January 28, 2010 at Piedmont Medical Center. Daughter of the late Milton and Lulu Belle Presnell Parks. Mrs. Broman was a retired school teacher having taught in California and Spartanburg, SC. She was preceded in death by her husband Gunnar Broman and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by loving daughter Katie Long and her husband Wayne, of Rock Hill, daughter Lisa Veizades of Spartanburg, brother Everrett Parks of Stockton CA, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, special nephew Joe Hardison of NC and several other nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be Saturday February 13, 2010 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Pastor Russ Morrison and Chaplain Dena Lucy officiating.
