Kaye Stophel

Kaye Stinson Stophel, 57, of 3597 India Hook Road passed away Saturday, June 19, 2010 at her residence. A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. Stophel was born October 17, 1952 a daughter of the late Raymond Harper and Irby Bigham Plyler. She was a Transcriptionist at Rock Hill OBGYN and was a member of Hopewell Presbyterian PCA. She was preceded in death by two brothers Jimmy and Harold Plyler both of Columbia. Surviving are her husband Paul Anderson Stophel, a son Robert Stinson of Rock Hill, a sister Gail Mangum of Columbia; a brother Willie Plyler; one grandchild Evan Reis Stinson of Rock Hill. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Stophel will be held Wednesday at 2:00pm at Hopewell Presbyterian PCA with Reverend John Dodd officiating.
