Kenneth Miles Tedder Sr.

Kenneth Miles Tedder, Sr. 78, died Monday, October 31, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Sandra (Nix) Tedder. On May 17, 1959, he married the love of his life, Sandra, who he met in high school. Married for 57 years, they enjoyed raising a strong family, leading a strong faithful life and servicing local businesses. Ken was a devoted family man who enjoyed his sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ken worked for and retired from regional businesses. He was a faithful church member, retired National Guardsman, active amateur radio operator and Mason. In addition to his devoted wife, Ken leaves behind three sons: Miles (Karen), Danny (Karen) and Jonathan (Tiffani); seven grandchildren: Justin (Bonnie), Ashley (John), Jake, Tyler (Jessica), Hayden, Mallory and Kati; and four great-grandchildren: Kade, Carson, Cora and Kolbi; three sisters: Nancy, Linda and Marilyn; sister-in-law, Gwen, and brother-in-law, Robert, who will officiate. Ken will be greatly missed by family and friends. Services will be held at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home in Rock Hill with visitation beginning at 1pm, Thursday, November 3.
