Kimberly Rae Lovsin, a beloved wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2025, at Hospice & Community Care in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Born on April 23, 1969, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Kreger and Martha Kreger of Willoughby, Ohio. Kimberly is survived by her husband, John Lovsin; her daughters, Haley Lovsin and Lauren Lovsin; and her grandson, Zyon Lovsin. She is also remembered by her brothers: Kevin Lewis and his partner, Prini McCord; and Kenneth Kreger and his wife, Danette Kreger, as well as her nephews Duncan Lewis, Samuel Kreger, and Caleb Kreger. In addition, Kimberly leaves behind in-laws, including sister-in-law Pamela Anderson and her husband Mickey, along with their son, Michael Anderson; and sister-in-law Linda Bradenbaugh and her partner, Robert McGill.
Kimberly was a beautiful woman, both inside and out. She was a devoted wife, a selfless and loving mother, a proud grandmother, and a loyal friend to all who knew her. Her genuine kindness, unshakable faith, and compassion for others were evident in all she did. Kimberly had a special place in her heart for the Children's Attention Home in Rock Hill, and she actively supported this cause. She was blessed to have many friends and acquaintances be a part of her life, especially during her courageous battle with breast cancer.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the exceptional caregivers who provided Kimberly with excellent care, including those at Levine Cancer Center in Rock Hill, Atrium in Charlotte, and the wonderful team at Hospice & Community Care in Rock Hill. We would also like to thank the Church of Good Shepherd, as well as the many friends, neighbors, and coworkers at the John Lovsin Agency, for their many prayers, love, and support throughout this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the Children’s Attention Home, 1149 Edgemont Ave, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
May you rest in peace, Kim. Your love and light will forever remain in our hearts.
