Lanette Elizabeth Clinton Nason

Lanette Elizabeth Clinton Nason, 72, of 443 Trials End Street, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. Nason was born August 7, 1936 a daughter of the late William Bryan Clinton and the late Alma Jane Mackey Clinton Ratteree. She was a retired school teacher and member of Mt. Holly United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death b y her husband Raymond D. Nason. Surviving are her daughter Mary Elizabeth N. and husband Lee R. Prosser of Johnsonville, SC ; a son James Lester Nason and wife Noreen of Rock Hill; two sisters Irene Clinton Turner of Edgemoor and Barbara Clinton Baco of Spartanburg; and four grandchildren James Clifford and Casey Lynn Nason and William LeRoy and Clinton Cooper Prosser. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Nason will be held Sunday at 4:00pm at Mt. Holly United Methodist Church with Reverend Dan Bradley officiating. Interment will follow at Laurelwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:30pm Sunday prior to the service in the Family Life Center at Mt. Holly United Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to Mt.
