Lee Hicks

Herbert "Lee" Hicks, II, 45, of Rock Hill, passed away suddenly Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Piedmont Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 29, 1971 in Okinawa, Japan, son of Claude Eugene Hicks, Sr. and Sylvia Priscilla Aragon Hicks, both of Union, SC.

Lee was preceded in death by his brother, Claude Eugene Hicks, Jr.

A wonderful and loving husband, father, son, brother and friend, Lee will be greatly miss by all who knew him. He enjoyed time spent at the beach, on the lake, at the park, camping and relished every precious moment spent with his wife. He worked at Papa Johns for 10 years.

In addition to his parents, he was survived by his beloved wife of 13 years, Annette M. Hicks; daughter, Ashley Dayton of Chester, SC; and sisters, Teresa Williams and husband, Johnny of Carthage, NC, Louise Gregory and husband, Scott of Chester, SC, Peggy Phillips and husband, Todd of McConnells, SC, Darlene Vuchak and husband, Dan of Rock Hill.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Eastview Baptist Church, 1430 Gordon Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732 with Pastor Rick Martin officiating.
