Linda Pulver Cripps, 69, beloved mother, grandmother, friend, and counselor passed away on March 2, 2017. Born in Lansing, Michigan, Linda was the daughter of the Ellie and the late Daryle Pulver. She is survived by Val Cripps and their children Jason & Shannon, her son-in-law Kyle Boyd and their children Draye, Charlie, Autumn and Finley. She is also survived by her mother Doris Ellie Pulver, her brother Brian Pulver, and nephews Josh, Levi, Nick, Evan, as well as many other extended family members and loved ones.
Linda loved God, reading, journaling, and a cup of hot tea. Her days were spent gardening, walking and looking forward to time with her children and grandchildren. She eagerly anticipated her peaceful, refreshing trips to Lake Michigan.
Linda loved finding the meaning and purpose in every new life experience. Helping people was her vocation as well as her heart. Her life's mission was to grow spiritually, pour that spirit into others, serve her community, and remain a lifelong student-always aiming to grow and improve herself.
Linda was a proud Winthrop University graduate and used her Bachelors in Special Education and Masters in Counseling to enrich the lives of children and families in the community. She founded Learning Link of the Carolinas to teach children to love learning, she acted as a counselor and wellness coach to families and individuals through her counseling service, The Well Experience, and was a proud prayer warrior for Walnut Grove Christian School.
She is being welcomed by her father Daryle, her Aunt Pat and Father Cripps.
Her celebration of life will take place on Saturday, March 11th, at 2pm. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 1:00-1:45 pm at the chapel at First Baptist Church of Fort Mill.
