Linda Aleda (Pittman) Eaton
April 3, 1948 — March 30, 2019
Linda Aleda Pittman Eaton, 70, of Rock Hill, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Linda was born on April 3, 1948 in Rock Hill, SC, to the late William and Annie Devinney Pittman. Linda worked until her retirement for Wal-Mart. Linda loved cooking, doing puzzle and crossword books; but most of all spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother William Ervin Pittman, sisters Leona Gordon and Bonnie Lou Pittman Tuckers, one brother-in-law Fred Bowker.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 23 years William Michael "Mike" Eaton of the home, two sons Randall Matthews and wife Becky, Shane Matthews, three sisters-in-law Jewell Pittman Allred, Donna Bowker and June Wheeler and husband James. Her greatest blessings call her Mi Mi; Amber, Travis, Joey, Aubrey, Ryan and Parker
A private graveside service will be held at Grand View Memorial Park, Rock Hill.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.
