Linda Carol Fox

Rock Hill, SC - Mrs. Linda Fox - April 12 1949 passed away peacefully on Saturday May 16, 2015 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.

Born on April 12, 1949 in Rock Hill, was the daughter of the late Faris Ira Johnson and Julia Bell Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, JC Fox; a sister, Arlene Cauthen and a brother, Michael Johnson.

Surviving are her beloved sister, Barbara Snipes; children, Ricky Price (Austin Payne), Mike Price (Jessie Price), Wendy Jernigan (Zack Rogers); grandchildren, Kalib Price, Logan and Casey Jernigan, Tiffany and Corey Barnes; and great grandson, Alek Price. Also many nieces and nephews and friends she called her own.

She was a loving wife, sister and mother and had a strong Christian faith. She had many roles in her life and was a 2nd mom to many. She worked in the industrial mills, managed a drug store and worked at Plej's Outlet till she retired and became a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family watching old movies and taking care of everyone. We will always love and miss her tremendously.

The family would like to thank Pruitt Health Care for their wonderful care during her illness. Also all of the wonderful staff and nurses at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House especially Nurse Marcia and Nurse Rhonda for their love, guidance and support during this difficult time.

Funeral Services will be Saturday May 30, 2015 at Red Path Baptist Fellowship 814 Teaberry Lane at 3pm. The family will receive friends after the service and other times at her home.
