Linda Whittington

Rock Hill - Mrs. Linda Funderburk Whittington, 65, of 876 Broome Place, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at her home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, at Whitesell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Flint Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Fort Mill, SC. The family will receive friends 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

A native of York County, Mrs. Whittington was a daughter of the late John L Funderburk and Marion Funderburk Harbin.

Surviving are three sons, Brian Humphries and his wife, Christina, Kevin Humphries and his wife, Robin, and Jeff Humphries and his wife, Candice; two sisters, Beverly Smarr and Francis Morris; 7 grandchildren, Joshua Humphries and his wife, Heather, Ashley Humphries, Kylie Humphries, Holly Humphries, Brandon Humphries, Kayla Harris and Skylar Humphries; four great grandchildren and two step-daughters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Flavius L. Whittington.
