Madeline Marcell Bishop

Madeline Marcell Bishop, 70, of Catawba, SC passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014. Born in Washington, DC, Mrs. Bishop was the daughter of the late Marcell and Viola Borley. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother and a friend to all. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Warren Lee Bishop. She is survived by her husband, Warren Bishop; a daughter, Cindy Ledford (Brian); 2 sons, David Bishop (Sheri) and Johnny Bishop; 2 brothers, Ralph Borley and Richard Fink; Elizabeth Moore; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Bishop will be held 6pm Saturday evening, August 16, 2014 in the chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the service.
