Manuel Roldan Santamaria

Manuel Roldan Santamaria, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend passed away peacefully at the age of 66 at his house in Tampa, Florida surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Costa Rica, Manuel later moved with his wife to the United States, where he lived enjoying time with his children and grandkids. As a grandad and a Civil Engineer, he spent his time doing consulting work for hydraulic systems, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Manuel is survived by his loving wife, Carmen, and their loving children: Manuel, Felipe, Diego, and their beloved daughter, Maria. He was also deeply loved by his son-in-law, Nathan, and his daughters-in-law: Tiffany, Katie, and Leana. Manuel was the proud grandfather of six grandchildren: Isaiah, Sarai, Emma, Lucas, Penelope, and 6 week old Theo, who loved being spoiled by their Tito/Toto.

He was loved and cherished by his siblings Leda, Oscar, Damaris, Rolando, and Yamileth and their families, and all of his sisters/brothers in law and her nieces and nephews.

A private ceremony will be held to honor Manuel’s life and legacy in Tampa, FL near his daughter’s home.

Manuel’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his dedication, wisdom, honesty, and faith.

Manuel Roldán Santamaría, un devoto esposo, padre, abuelo, hermano, tío y amigo, falleció pacíficamente a la edad de 66 años en su casa en Tampa, Florida, rodeado de su amada familia.

Nacido en Costa Rica, Manuel luego se mudó con su esposa a los Estados Unidos, donde vivió disfrutando del tiempo con sus hijos y nietos. Como abuelo e ingeniero civil, dedicaba su tiempo a realizar trabajos de consultoría para sistemas hidráulicos y a pasar tiempo con sus nietos.

A Manuel le sobreviven su amada esposa, Carmen, y sus amados hijos: Manuel, Felipe, Diego y su amada hija, María. También lo amaban profundamente su yerno, Nathan, y sus nueras: Tiffany, Katie y Leana. Manuel era el orgulloso abuelo de seis nietos: Isaiah, Sarai, Emma, Lucas, Penélope y Theo, de 6 semanas, a quien le encantaba que su Tito/Toto lo mimara.

Fue amado y apreciado por sus hermanos Leda, Oscar, Damaris, Rolando y Yamileth y sus familias, y por todas sus cuñadas/cuñados y sus sobrinas y sobrinos.

Se llevará a cabo una ceremonia privada para honrar la vida y el legado de Manuel en Tampa, FL, cerca de la casa de su hija.

El espíritu de Manuel vivirá en los corazones de quienes lo conocieron y amaron. Lo extrañaremos profundamente y lo recordaremos con cariño por su dedicación, sabiduría, honestidad y fe.
