Margaret Sadler Williams

Margaret Sadler Williams, age 48, passed away at her home on July 15th, 2023. She is survived by her daughter, Miriam Sadler Williams; sister, Jennifer Rampersad; mother, Marsha Sadler; grandmother, Dolly Sadler; significant other, John Thompson; as well as many extended family members.

In 1997, Margaret graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Psychology. She taught aerobics during her time there. In 2016 she graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She worked as an accountant in the engineering and fashion industries.

Margaret will be remembered as someone who was intelligent, compassionate, and loved to laugh. She adored her daughter, Miriam, fashion, elegance, upbeat music and traveling. She took great pride in being a North Carolina Tarheel.

A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Palmetto Funeral Home, Fort Mill.
