Mark Stephen Fox

Mark Stephen Fox,73 of Rock Hill, South Carolina and formerly of Akron, Ohio and Gastonia, North Carolina passed away at home on Friday, September 10, 2021.

He was born March 7, 1948 in Akron, Ohio to Robert G. and Esther Fox. He and his wife Valerie Fox of 37 years shared much love and laughter. It is a mystery of how thirty-seven years can pass so quickly. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Fox.

He will truly be misses by his son, Benjamin Fox, stepdaughter Julie Capoun(Matt), brother David Fox(LaVonne), sisters Mary Green(Noah) and Katie Byerly(Dick) and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Mark was an avid painter working in oils, acrylic paint and more recently digital art. He loved wood carving and making decorative clay art. As a member of the Catawba River Art Guild, he enjoyed the community events the CRAG held and working with all the members.

Per Mark's wishes he will be cremated and no services will be held.
