Mark Dewayne Marvin

ROCK HILL - Mark DeWayne Marvin, 52, went to be with the Lord Thursday, June 2, 2016, in Camden, S.C..

Memorial services will be 6:00 PM Thursday at Whitesell Funeral Home.

Born in Akron, Ohio, Mark was the son of the late Samuel and Charlene Marvin. Mark was a devoted dad to his daughters and loved being outdoors. He enjoyed camping, fishing, working on cars, spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed sketching in his spare time. Mark was a National BMX champion as a teenager and he will be missed by many, but never forgotten.

He is survived by two daughters, Taylor Marvin of Brooklyn, NY and Kirstin Marvin of Columbia, SC; one brother, Todd Marvin (Mary) of Lancaster, SC; three sisters, Rene Tuel (Mike) of Beloit, OH, Teresa Beard (Gary) of Canton, OH, and Jennifer Linkous (Jason) of Mt. Holly, NC.
