Mark Shepard Russell

ROCK HILL - Mark Shepard Russell, 66, of 943 Cedar St., died Sunday, July 16, 2017.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Rock Hill Ward. Burial will be in Rock Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church.

Born in Providence, RI., Mark is the son of the late William and Peggy Newell Russell. He was employed by Keystone Automotive of Charlotte and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Mark served a two year full time mission for the church and held many church callings over the years. Mark was always faithful in his duties.

He is survived by his wife, Halle C. Russell; two sons, Nathaniel Russell (Beryl) and Bryant Russell (Stephanie); one daughter, Sarah Russell; two brothers, Neal and Ward Russell; and six grandchildren.
