Marlin June Kenney James-Miller, 81, of Fort Mill, died Sunday, May 31, 2015. She was born in Rock Island, Illinois to the late Franklin & Pansy Kenney and had moved to Fort Mill in 1977 from Greensboro, NC. She was the owner/operator of Tega Cay Village Barber Styling where she was a Master Barber. Mar loved golf and cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband George Phillip James and a grandson, Corey Phillip James. She is survived by: Her husband of 14 years: Martin Miller; 3 children: Rhonda Riddle & husband Jon, Jamie Harley & husband Brian, Jerry James & wife Libby; 2 sisters: Barbara Lamb, Lois Appelquist; 5 grandchildren: Mica Weibe, Laken Riddle, Lauren Harley, Lindsey Harley, Jerry James Jr. and fiancé Hailey Owens; 2 great-grandchildren: Cole and Annika Weibe. A graveside service will be held Sunday, June 7, 2015 at 2:00pm in Rock Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00pm Saturday evening in the private dining room at Casual Waters in the Tega Cay Country Club.
