Martha Lee Good

Martha Lee Good ROCK HILL - Ms. Martha Lee Good, 73, of 1043 Park Meadow Dr. Rock Hill, S.C., passed away Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Carolina's Medical Center Pineville. She was born in York County on September 6, 1939 to Martha Virginia Byers and the late Dr. David Neely Sr. She attended York County Public Schools. Ms. Good was a devoted mother, sister, daughter, and grandmother and loved to spend time with her numerous friends and family. She truly delighted in making people smile and worked hard to keep everyone she encountered on her journey in good spirits. Martha was preceded in death in addition to her father by her sister, Ann Neely, her brother, Fred Feamster, her daughter, Wanda Good, grandson Jason Good and great-granddaughter DeChae Good. She is survived by in addition to her mother, by her step mother Cleven Ann Neely; her son William Good; six daughters Carolyn Good, Jorena' Good, Fonda Good, Gloria Good, Mary Good and Marsha Good; one grandson whom she reared WaDezmond Good; six brothers Tommy McCoy, Gregory Byres, David P. Neely Jr., Keith W. Neely, Kent W. Neely, and Rev S.D. Neely, Sr.; three sisters Angela Neely, LaTina T. Brooks and Linda Brooks; 23 other grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Union Baptist Church in New Port S.C. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive visitors between 2p.m. and 3p.m. at the church before the services and other times at the home.
