Mary Jo Holloway

Mary Jo Holloway, 73, of Rock Hill, SC, formerly of Wheeling, WV, passed away on Saturday, September 7. Mary Jo was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Alice Kostelecsky. She was a 28 year employee of Stone &Thomas / Elder-Beerman Department Stores. Mary Jo is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Tim, sisters Rose, Martha Jean, Jane Ellen, and Brenda, brother Joe, sons TJ and Mark, daughter Lisa, grandchildren Erica, Kari, and Carson, great-grandchildren Leah, Brady, Gavin and Logan, and her dear friends. Mary Jo was an active member of St. John's United Methodist Church of Fort Mill, SC. She belonged to the Methodist Women's Club, Morning Glory Women's Circle and VIP's. She was also a volunteer at Piedmont Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2013, at St. John's United Methodist Church of Fort Mill, SC, with Pastor Carl Hunsucker, presiding. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. John's United Methodist Church of Fort Mill, SC, to be used for cancer research.
