Mary Jane Myers

Mary Jane Myers died peacefully on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Carolinas Medical Center Pineville.

Jane grew up in Charlotte, lived for many years in Atlanta, and came back to Tega Cay to be closer to family. A financial comptroller by trade, she was quick with numbers and valuable financial advice. She loved CSI and NCIS and was always up-to-date on news and current events. She loved being involved in Tega Cay City Council and issues affecting the community. She was dedicated to volunteering and charitable causes and devoted to her family and beloved Yorkies. Jane was loved deeply by her family and friends, and spent many of her happiest hours cooking and talking over shared meals.

She is survived by her sister Kim (Tom), nephew Walker, beloved friends, and extended family. Her parents and brothers were waiting to show her around Heaven when she arrived. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Humane Society of York County (humanesocietyofyorkcounty.org).
