Maurene Elaine Miller

Mrs. Maurene E. Miller, age 80, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at White Oak Manor in Rock Hill, SC. The daughter of the late Thomas and Beulah Johannsen was born in Freeborn, Minnesota. Mrs. Miller began her married life on Guam, was an active church and choir member and a Girl Scout leader for over 8 years. She was a retired real estate agent with Point Wylie Properties, Allen Tate and First Properties of the Carolinas. All located near Tega Cay, SC.

She was preceded in death by husband Robert "Bob" Miller and son Terry Miller. Survivors include her son Robert "Bob" Miller and wife Wini of Lake Wylie, SC; Laurie Chandley and husband Bruce of Asheville, NC; Lynette Mitchell and husband Chris of Fort Mill, SC; sisters Betty Miller of Kasson, Minnesota and Cleo Simon of The Villages, FL and four grandchildren Cory Miller, Haley Miller, Nate Mitchell and Ian Mitchell.

Memorial service will be held Sunday afternoon, May 3, 2015 at 2pm at Grace Presbyterian Church at 2955 West Hwy 160, Fort Mill, SC 29708. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
